The CBA will team with University of Colorado Colorado Springs instructor Scott Van Ness to present an encore of Scott’s popular “Leading a Multi-Generational Workforce” series.
These two seminars examine the differences in what motivates multiple generations in the workplace and how to bring the workplace generations together. This session will also explore a strategic approach to building a multigenerational workforce ready for long-range challenges. The presentations are a collaboration with University of Colorado-Colorado Springs instructor Scott Van Ness. Scott developed and facilitated this seminar for the university’s College of Business and has been invited to present his findings across the country.
- Establishing effective communication strategies that overcome workplace generation differences
- Developing strategies for understanding and communicating the nuances of workplace boundaries and job etiquette
- Building mission/vision statements along with implementation strategies that invigorate and challenge all workplace generations
- Address the challenges of work life balance and what that means to different workplace generations
