Thursday, October 12th Fletcher, Heald & Hildreth presents “Getting Your Radio Station’s Public File Online Successfully.”

Following the mandate set by the FCC for television and the top 50 radio markets last year, the FCC issued a decision requiring all remaining radio stations to move their public files online.  This requires radio stations that are either commercial and outside the top 50 markets, commercial and have fewer than five full-time employees or have noncommercial educational licenses, to comply, unless they get a waiver.

Radio stations that meet the above criteria will need to comply by March 1, 2018.

On Thursday, October 12th,  Frank Montero and Steve Lovelady of the Washington FCC law firm Fletcher, Heald & Hildreth, will conduct a webinar for members of the Colorado Broadcasters Association covering the online public file requirements and procedures for those radio stations subject to the March deadline. This live webinar will allow for Q&A and will be archived for viewing at a later time.
