We are Liberman Broadcasting, Inc. (“LBI”) and we're looking for a great bilingual (English/Spanish) Administrative Assistant / Marketing Coordinator to join our team. Summary of essential job functions

  1. 1)  Administrative Assistant work consist of:
    1. Daily check deposits
    2. Send daily spot times
    3. Receive office direct incoming calls / forwarding
    4. Greet guests (front office)
    5. Manage office supplies
    6. Coordinate monthly rent for suite
    7. Assist sales team when needed
    8. Draft and print sales reports for management
  2. 2)  Marketing Coordinator work consists of:

Managing stations social media outlets
i. Day to day activity, contests, client posts

Managing stations marketing efforts Managing stations website page

i. Day to day activity, contests, client banners Creative Graphics

Coordinate monthly newsletter and holiday greetings Liason between station and community organizations Coordinate and work special events

  • High school graduate; somecollege preferred.
  • Some accounting experience. AR, Deposits. etc
  • Must also have basic knowledge of MS office products, i.e., MS Word and Windows environment. (Powerpointis a must)
  • Must have a valid driver’s license and a vehicle with appropriate insurance.
  • Social Media and Web familiarity (Preferred)
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a must.
