CBA Provides New Colorado Legal Hotline

For years the CBA has provided a legal hotline staffed by the Pillsbury Law Firm in Washington, D.C. to address issues of federal law and regulation by the FCC.

The CBA is expanding that legal service with a new Colorado Legal hotline, supported by the Denver-based legal team at Levine Sullivan Koch & Schulz, LLP.

While most broadcast questions center around the Federal Communication Commission’s rules and guidelines, the association has found a consistent number of questions require knowledge of Colorado law. To address these instances, the CBA will now have the resources of the knowledgeable team at Levine Sullivan Koch & Schulz, LLP.

Once again, membership with the CBA provides Colorado broadcasters with a high quality, absolutely free resource, to help them remain compliant.
