Digital Sales Support

Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive individual to join our team as a full-time Digital Sales Support in Denver, Colorado. This role will primarily assist our sales team with various digital sales support tasks, including order entry, monthly client reporting, managing contests and deals programs, and providing backend support for account executives. While a bachelor's degree in any discipline is preferred, it is not a required qualification. The ideal candidate will have incredible attention to detail, be organized, possess strong communication skills, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Efficiently manage order entry processes to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
  • Generate and distribute monthly client reports to provide insights into campaign performance.
  • Coordinate and execute contests and deals programs to drive sales and engagement.
  • Provide backend support for account executives, including monitoring campaign pacing and revenue.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to support the creative process and develop compelling proposals.
  • Serve as the administrator for our deals program, ensuring compliance and accuracy.
  • Assist in backup support for various sales functions, including local, national, traffic, and GDC.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a sales support role, preferably in a digital advertising or media environment (preferred but not required).
  • Incredible attention to detail with the ability to maintain accuracy in data entry and reporting.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Knowledge of digital advertising platforms and terminology is a plus.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • A bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field is preferred but not required.

Salary Range: $43,000 to $48,000 per year, depending on experience
