Compensation and Benefits include: Base Salary ($67,000 - $85,000/year) and eligibility for sales bonus/incentive plan, Medical, Dental, Vision, 401(k) Plan, Life Insurance Coverage, Disability Benefits, Tuition Assistance Program, Flexible PTO.

Description:  Seeking a candidate to add to our exceptional culture, prospect, cultivate and manage developmental linear television, streaming and digital, while maintaining and up-selling an existing client list; Responsible for selling traditional television, national Paramount streaming products and high-profile opportunities like Denver Broncos football, March Madness and the Super Bowl; Achievement of monthly/quarterly/annual sales goal is required. Effectively prospect local Denver businesses; develop and deliver effective presentations positioning CBS Colorado along with all other CBS Owned and Operated linear and digital properties and handle internal paperwork in a timely fashion.  

Position Requirements: Results oriented, organically driven, and persuasive with the ability to lead and be an integral part of a team; Excellent communication and presentation skills, along with computer proficiency and experience in media sales.

Minimum Qualifications:   Bachelor’s degree; experience selling media; proficiency in Wide Orbit, PowerPoint and Excel.  Strata, Adobe, Canva, Kantar and Scarborough are a plus.

 The successful candidate will be required to pass a background check prior to beginning employment.
