Broadcasters & Brews Kicks Off in Colorado Springs! |
|
The Colorado Broadcasters Association is excited to launch our brand-new networking series: Broadcasters & Brews!
đź“… When: Thursday, September 25th at 5:30 PM
📍 Where: CO Mountain Brewing – 1110 Interquest Pkwy, Colorado Springs, CO 80921
This free-to-attend happy hour (just cover your own drinks/food) is designed to bring Colorado’s broadcast community together in a fun, relaxed setting. No panels, no pressure—just good drinks, good people, and great conversations.
✨ Broadcasters & Brews is all about connection. By rotating locations across the state, we’re giving broadcasters a chance to unwind, strengthen relationships, and share the conversations that happen best off the air. Think of it as networking without the nametags.
Whether you’re in TV, radio, or podcasting, brand new to the industry or a seasoned pro, this is your chance to:
- Meet new faces and grow your network
- Reconnect with old friends and colleagues
- Share stories (and maybe a blooper or two!)
- Enjoy one of Colorado Springs’ favorite breweries with your broadcast family
👉 RSVP now and follow along for future events: Colorado Broadcasters Association Meetup
Not in the Colorado Springs area? Don’t worry — our next Broadcasters & Brews stop might be in your city! Stay tuned for announcements.

Thank You Congressman Crow! |
|
The AM for Every Vehicle Act has passed out of the House committee and is “filibuster proof” with its current number of cosponsors. Colorado’s broadcasters sincerely thank Congressman Jason Crow who joined the AM Radio for Every Vehicle Act last week. This brings Colorado’s supporting congressional members to a total of five. Representative Crow joins Reps. Crank, Evans, Neguse and Pettersen in supporting free and accessible public safety communications for Coloradans.
Broadcasters, serving the constituents of Reps. Boebert, DeGette and Hurd should continue airing messages of support for this legislation. English, Spanish, and Christian-format messages are available at the button below.
Important: These messages must be reported in your station’s public inspection file as issue ads. To obtain the NAB’s PB-19 Forms required for documentation, please contact Sarah Lim at [email protected]. |
