Keep Airing AM Radio for Every Vehicle Messages! |

We’re continuing our efforts to move the AM Radio for Every Vehicle Act through Congress. We strongly believe the Act will be included in an upcoming House Committee markup in late July.
Please continue airing these messages as frequently as possible through July. This is a key moment to rally public support while lawmakers are considering the Act.

Important: These messages must be reported in your station’s public inspection file as issue ads. To obtain the NAB’s PB-19 Forms required for documentation, please contact Sarah Lim at [email protected].

CBA Meets with Congressman Crank’s Team at KOAA |
|
The Colorado Broadcasters Association was honored to meet with Congressman Crank’s district team—Dennis Hisey and Jeff Andersen—at KOAA in Colorado Springs for an important conversation on the issues impacting broadcasters across the state.
KOAA graciously hosted the meeting, providing a behind-the-scenes tour of the station before we sat down for a productive discussion. From the challenges of regulatory burdens and evolving technologies to the critical role local stations play in public safety and community connection, the conversation underscored just how vital local broadcasting remains in today’s media landscape.
We sincerely thank Dennis and Jeff for taking the time to hear directly from Colorado broadcasters—and extend our gratitude to KOAA for their warm hospitality and continued advocacy.
As an industry, it’s more important than ever for broadcasters to engage with our state and federal representatives. These conversations are what drive meaningful policy discussions in Washington, D.C., and ensure our voices are being heard where it matters most.
