  • Education/Experience:  A BA/BS in Business or Communications is preferred, along with 1-2 years of administrative experience (or and equivalent mix of education and experience).  Your background helps set you up for success!
  • Writing: Showcase your communication skills!  You'll need to write clear reports and business correspondence, present your ideas with confidence, and interact effectively with managers, clients, and customers alike.
  • Math:  Comfortable with numbers?  You'll be calculating discounts, commissions, proportions and percentages - bring your analytical skills!
  • Computer Skills:  Proven experience with Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe is a must.  If you're familiar with Google Workspace, that's a plus!
  • Reliability: Professional appearance, reliable transportation and valid driver's license a must.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Prospecting & Sales: Actively seek out new business prospects by cold calling, networking and conducting market research.  Achieve and surpass monthly and quarterly sales targets. This position offers uncapped earning potential.
  • Account Management:  Build and maintain lasting relationships with established clients to promote customer retention and satisfaction.
  • Campaign Development:  Work closely with clients to understand their marketing objectives and create tailored advertising strategies using traditional radio, while integrating with current campaigns for maximum impact. Creative thinking is encouraged!
  • Administrative Tasks:  Keep accurate sales records, craft proposals, and manage ad scheduling.
  • Market Knowledge: Stay informed about audience demographics, market trends, and competitors.  Participate in ongoing training to grow professional expertise.

Compensation

  • Base salary, monthly commission and bonus program.
  • Based on experience (Range: $36,000 - $42,000, plus commissions)
