Associate Membership Application

Payment Instructions:
Upon clicking the “Submit” button, the opportunity to process payment with a credit card or bank account will be provided.

REFUNDS:
If a payment is processed in error, the payment will be refunded minus any transaction or processing fees. I understand that my application will be considered at the next Board of Directors meeting. (Should this application not be accepted, a full refund will be made promptly.)

By submitting this form, I hereby apply for Associate Membership in the Colorado Broadcasters Association, a non-profit Colorado corporation. My payment for one year’s dues of $150.00 accompanies this application. I understand that the CBA runs on a fiscal year from July 1st – June 30th. Acceptance of this application entitles me to full Associate Membership, with all rights and privileges thereof.

Note:
Due to IRS Code requirements regarding legislative activities by 501-C-6 organizations, your annual dues payment is a non-deductible business expense.
