Wayne JohnsonProfessional Experience Summary

I have owned and operated Media Logic Radio since 2002. What began as an AM/FM combination has grown into a 7-station group with 4 FM and 3 AM stations. I began my broadcast career as a part time play by play broadcaster for a group of stations in Garden City Kansas and purchased my first radio station in 1996.

I am blessed to have my 2 daughters work with me in this wonderful business and I hope to slowly transition out and let them take over all day to day operations in the next five or six years.

Reason for Running

I’m passionate about our broadcast business and having served for many years on the CBA board it is very rewarding to help Colorado’s broadcast industry keep moving forward.

The CBA is managed by a thirteen-member Board of Directors and a President/CEO. The board consists of twelve active broadcasters and an associate member representative. Board Members are elected for three year terms by the broadcast members. A Chair, Vice-Chair and Secretary Treasurer make up the officers of the board and are elected from the sitting board. The mission of the CBA is to continuously build a stronger broadcast industry.
