Reason for Running
With all the challenges facing the broadcast industry, the fight for FCC deregulation, the importance of embracing new ways to connect through hyper local and relavant content, ATSC3 on the horizan, and part of the largest media company in the country, I believe I have much to contribute through not only collaboration and shared experiences, but challenging the status quo. As a self described “agent of change,” my least favorite phrase is “but that’s the way it’s always been done.” This way of thinking is the antithesis of creativity, innovation, and new vision. I would be honored to be part of the conversation that tackles all the challenges we are facing in the media industry and optimistically part of the solutions.
