The Virtual Job Fair fulfills the option of participating in “at least four job fairs” during a 2-year period. By participating in four virtual job fairs within a 2-year period, a station fulfills one requirement of the third prong (supplemental efforts) of the FCC’s Options Menu.

The CBA will facilitate a Virtual Job Fair during the week of April 13, 2026. The deadline for registration is Wednesday, April 8th at 5pm. Virtual Job Fairs are free to CBA member stations and $100 for non-member stations. If you are interested in participating, please register your station(s) below.

    The CBA is managed by a thirteen-member Board of Directors and a President/CEO. The board consists of twelve active broadcasters and an associate member representative. Board Members are elected for three year terms by the broadcast members. A Chair, Vice-Chair and Secretary Treasurer make up the officers of the board and are elected from the sitting board. The mission of the CBA is to continuously build a stronger broadcast industry.
