In 1969, Martin joined KOA Radio and Television as sports director, where he hosted a nightly sports talk program and appeared regularly on television for 14 years. He spent 20 consecutive seasons broadcasting Broncos football alongside longtime partner Larry Zimmer and completed 25 seasons as the team’s voice.
