Local Sales Support

Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive individual to join our team as a full-time Local Sales Support coordinator in Denver, Colorado. This role will primarily assist our sales team with various broadcast and digital sales support tasks, including order entry, monthly client reporting, posts, log reports, spot management and providing backend support for account executives. While a bachelor's degree in any discipline is preferred, it is not a required qualification. The ideal candidate will have incredible attention to detail, be organized, possess strong communication skills, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Efficiently manage order entry processes to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
  • Maintains awareness of the most current traffic policies, practices and procedures.
  • Generate and distribute monthly client posts and other various reports.
  • Coordinate and manage commercial makegood offers for key accounts.
  • Provide backend support for account executives, including order entry, revisions, posts, pre and post logs.
  • Support the sales team and the Great Day Colorado team with coordinating calendar, billing and advertiser visits.
  • Assist in backup support for various sales functions, including local, national, traffic, and Great Day Colorado.
  • Complete other projects as assigned.


  • High School Diploma required.
  • Fluency in English.
  • Excellent Communication skills, both oral and written.
  • Previous experience in a sales support role, preferably in a digital advertising and/or media environment (preferred but not required).
  • Incredible attention to detail with the ability to maintain accuracy in data entry and reporting.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • A bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field is preferred but not required.

Salary Range: $43,000 to $45,000 per year, depending on experience
