Operations Manager
We’re seeking an experienced, driven Operations Manager to lead the day to day operations of our established small market, four station radio broadcast group. We are in the west. This role is ideal for an established hands on leader who understands the balance between programming excellence, sales support, technical coordination, and team development.
Key Responsibilities:
•    Oversee daily operations across all stations, ensuring smooth, consistent execution
•    Lead and mentor programming, on air, and support staff
•    Work closely with Sales Management to develop revenue driving strategies
•    Maintain FCC compliance, logs, and operational standards
•    Coordinate with engineering on technical needs, automation systems, and studio workflow
•    Manage promotions, imaging, scheduling, and station branding
•    Support a positive, collaborative culture across departments
Qualifications:
•    Proven experience in radio operations, programming, or station management
•    Strong leadership and communication skills
•    Working knowledge of automation systems (Arrakis)
•    Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast paced environment
•    Creative problem solver with a passion for local radio
