2026 FCC Regulatory Fees Due

The FCC has released its 2026 Regulatory Fees for radio, television and all other licensees, after rejecting the CBA’s request, along with the NAB and other state associations, to lower or lessen the fee increase.
The payment deadline is September 24, 2026 at 11:59pm (Eastern).

The FCC requires that all licensees utilize the Commission Registration System (CORES) to make their regulatory fee payment. To use CORES, register with the FCC HERE.
