Denver Virtual Ascertainment Meetings provide stations, that serve the Denver Metro area, the opportunity to hear from local leaders about current issues important to your community. These meetings help your station identify locally relevant issues of importance in your community. In addition, the topics presented will help fulfill the community ascertainment portion of your station’s online public file that requires quarterly reporting of issues and programs.

The CBA, working with David Foxhoven, presents these meetings in a virtual format. Ascertainment meetings occur twice per quarter, for one hour, with up to 2 presenters per meeting.

CBA members can participate for $35/per meeting and non-members for $70/per meeting. Registration is required by the registration deadline, Friday at Noon prior to each Monday meeting. Attendees should be station employees involved in the community affairs issues and programming for their station or broadcast group. Please do not send interns.

Use the registration form below and you will be emailed instructions for joining the meeting on the Friday prior to the meeting. We ask that attendees sign in about 15 minutes early. If you have any questions contact the CBA at 720-536-5427 or [email protected].
