Colorado’s broadcasters sincerely thank Congressman Gabe Evans for recently signing on as a co-sponsor of the Local Radio Freedom Act (H.Con.Res.12) — a resolution opposing any new performance fees, taxes, or royalties on local radio stations for music airplay.
This comes just months after Congressman Evans joined the AM Radio for Every Vehicle Act, showing his continued support for free, local, and accessible broadcasting that serves Coloradans with vital news, information, and emergency communications. The Congressman joins Representative Crank as the second Colorado sponsor of this important resolution.
