Colorado’s broadcasters sincerely thank Congressman Jeff Hurd who joined the AM Radio for Every Vehicle Act in October. This brings Colorado’s supporting congressional members to a total of six. Representative Hurd joins Reps. Crank, Crow, Evans, Neguse and Pettersen in supporting free and accessible public safety communications for Coloradans.
With Tesla’s recent announcement of their removal of FM radios from 2026 Tesla models Broadcasters must be vigilant and encourage the constituents of Reps. Boebert and DeGette to ask them to support the AM Radio for Every Vehicle Act.
